During my internship at Get Driven, I developed a proof of concept in Flutter around background location tracking. The project focused on exploring how Flutter can handle background geolocation in a practical mobile setup, using technologies such as flutter_background_geolocation, Google Maps, Riverpod, Hive and Sendbird. After building the PoC, I presented the project and its technical findings to the Flutter Belgium community during a meetup. This experience was very valuable because it combined internship work, experimentation, and knowledge sharing in one project.
